Requests: Verbal or written request submitted by a natural or legal person to the SIC through the channels provided for that purpose.
Complaints: This is the manifestation of dissatisfaction by a natural or legal person, generated by the behavior in the attention to them, whether of an administrative nature or due to alleged undesirable conduct by SIC collaborators, operators and public or private entities linked to the provision of services.
Complaints: Expression of dissatisfaction regarding the provision of a service or poor performance by the operator, public or private entity and/or user.
Suggestions: This is the proposal, idea or comment presented by the user for the improvement of a process, procedure or activity that is related to the provision of SIC services.
