Through a work environment survey that measures specific aspects of our organization to understand the experience of our entire team, the firm Great Place to Work certified us as a Great Place to Work in Colombia, a recognition that places us in 21st place among companies in the country with up to 300 employees.

Great Place to Work is a global consulting organization that analyzes psychosocial phenomena and seeks to promote transformations in companies that positively impact society. For them, a great place to work is defined by trust, pride and camaraderie among employees.

Regardless of their roles, backgrounds, or time in the organization, the survey found that 97% of our 117 employees trust the people they work for, feel proud of the work they do, and enjoy spending time with their team.
